Known for our brick-oven pizzas, homemade pastas, fresh seafood, and laid-back atmosphere, Kermit has become part of the Siargao experience — a place where travelers, surfers, and locals gather around the table, exchange stories, and create lasting memories. For many, a visit to Kermit has become a tradition, and for others, the beginning of a lifelong connection with the island.

Kermit Garden Salad is a refreshing medley of crisp garden greens, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, red onions, and sweet local mango, topped with perfectly seared sesame-crusted tuna. A light, vibrant dish that captures the fresh flavors of island living.

The Choco Lava cake is a Kermit classic. A Kermit signature enjoyed by guests for years. Baked fresh to order with a warm molten chocolate center and served with vanilla ice cream, this timeless favorite has become part of countless Siargao memories.
