The Kermit Pizza - If you know, you know. The OG. Bold cheeses, Parma ham, and straight-up island legend status.
Herb Crusted Mahi-mahi tastes like a Siargao sunset - Fresh fish, crispy herb crust laid in Mediterranean couscous.
Spaghetti alla Carbonara is an Italian classic with freshly grated parmesan and egg yolk. We top it with pancetta bits.
Kermit Garden Salad is a refreshing medley of crisp garden greens, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, red onions, and sweet local mango, topped with perfectly seared sesame-crusted tuna. A light, vibrant dish that captures the fresh flavors of island living.
The Choco Lava cake is a Kermit classic. A Kermit signature enjoyed by guests for years. Baked fresh to order with a warm molten chocolate center and served with vanilla ice cream, this timeless favorite has become part of countless Siargao memories.
Pappardelle al Antonio is a pasta dish that hits all the notes -
House-made pappardelle pasta, topped with seafood, heat, and a whole lotta love!
