BOOKING/ CANCELLATION POLICIES:
ALL taxes & CHARGES are included in the FINAL prices.
A minimum of 50% down payment should be made within 7days upon receiving the invoice to confirm booking.
The 50% down payment is non-refundable and non-transferable, but can be used for another booking in case of a cancellation made 30 days before check in date. Failure to appear on arrival date is considered as “NO SHOW” and no refunds will be given. Guests with cancelled flight, but will still arrive the next day can still keep the room if the resort is fully informed. Booked nights will still be charged.
Check in time is at 2:00pm/Check out time at 11:00 am
Early check in is possible if the room is ready and available
We accept GCash, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal payments.
There is a fee of Php800 per head/PHP1,500 for 2-4 pax for airport pick-ups and drop offs via the Kermit van. If you wish to arrange for airport transfer, please send your flight details to Kermit Front Office at (kermitfrontoffice@gmail.com).
NOTES AND EXTRA REMINDERS:
Guest are advised not to transfer amenities like towels, linens and appliances to other room to avoid unnecessary charges
There are ATMs on the island that take Visa and Mastercard (Green bank and Cantilan bank), however, they are not consistent and reliable. For a hassle free trip, it is best to have extra cash in hand.
Guest are requested to bring their own tumbler since we don’t offer bottled water to reduce waste. Water Dispensers are available in Common Areas of your Building.
Strictly NO Smoking inside the rooms.
Children should always be accompanied by adults when in the balcony of the room and public areas
Illegal drugs, any form of prostitution and gambling are strictly prohibited inside the hotel.
